ABS-CBN Interactive, Inc. is in the business of selling mobile interactive content, such as ringtones, logos, picture messages, colored wallpapers, video streaming, text arts, mobile games and ringback tones. To boost the sales of its products, ABS-CBN Interactive has decided to tie up with Toda for an SMS promo called Toda Max Text Promo Wave 4. The said promotion will be launched on April 21, 2012.

During the course of the promotion, ABS-CBN Interactive will choose and designate three (3) contents every Saturday. The said content will be refreshed every Saturday. A texter may purchase the content of the day by texting the special keywords “TODA” for monotone, “TODA2” for picture message and “TODA3” for operator logo.

In order to join the sales promotion and earn an entry for the raffle draw, texters who download content must also send in their letter of answer within the cut-off period. To download the content and letter of answer, viewers must key in TODA <letter of answer>, TODA2 <letter of answer> and TODA3 <letter of answer>.

To validate all the entries earned by a texter and qualify for the raffle draws, a texter must register his/her name, age, gender and address once for the Toda Max Text Promo Wave 4 from April 21, 2012 to June 9, 2012. The texter should key in TODA REG <name/age/gender/address> to 2366. Ex. TODA REG Eugene Imperial/25/M/15 Molave Street, Phase 5, Greenwoods Executive Subdivision, Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City. Registration is free of charge. The texter may not earn additional entries for downloading the same content. Since there are three (3) different content available every Saturday, a texter can earn a maximum of three (3) unique valid entries. Subject to Rule No. 9 below, participating texters can earn a maximum of three (3) valid entries every Saturday, 7:00pm to 11:59pm.

1.      The Toda Max Text Promo Wave 4 is open to all Globe, TM, Sun Cellular, Smart and Talk ‘N Text subscribers nationwide either with prepaid or post-paid accounts, whose unit is capable of downloading a Monotone, Picture Message and Operator Logo through text messaging. All units capable of text messaging are capable of downloading the said content.

2.      Only one name per SIM card / cellphone number is allowed. However, a person may register the same name using several SIM cards / cellphone numbers. A texter may earn a maximum number of three (3) unique entries every Saturday for every SIM card/cellphone number he is using.

3.      ABS-CBN disclaims any liability for failure to credit any entry for a valid purchase and/or receive or acknowledge the purchase requests arising from force majeure, including acts of God, fires, floods, wars or other disturbances, labor unrest, or other causes beyond its control.

4.      Qualified winner must have:

a.      Purchased any of the designated content of the day.

b.      Sent their letter of answer; in case of the bonus prize winner, he must have sent the correct letter of answer.

c.      Registered (Submitted name, age, gender and address with the proper text sequence and format) and

d.      Download request was received and, based on the server data, is among the download requests that earned valid raffle entries. Only download requests following the prescribed syntax are eligible to earn entries.

5.      The following shall not earn valid entries:

a.      Purchase requests where the texter has already earned a valid entry for previously downloading the same product.

b.      Purchase requests sent after the cut-off time and the promo period.

c.      Purchase requests where the texter has already earned the maximum three (3) valid entries per day, subject to Rule No. 9.

d.      Purchase request where texter fails to register.

e.      Purchase request where texter fails to text in an letter of answer.

6.      All texters who join are presumed to have read and understood, and agree to abide by its complete rules and regulations.

7.      Employees of Globe Telecoms, Innove Communications, Digitel Mobile Philippines, Smart Communications Inc., ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

8.      Texters who wish to opt out from ABS-CBN Interactive’s text broadcast service and to be removed from its database may call (02) 415-8766 or text STOP ALL to 2366 for free.

9.      Determining Winners and Prizes

a.      From all valid entries accumulated per game, the raffle draw will be conducted at 10:30am every Mondays, starting April 23, 2012. There will be one (1) winner of P300 worth of cellphone load regardless of the letter of answer sent. If the drawn texter sent the correct letter of answer, he/she will receive the bonus prize of MMS Cellphone (Cherry Mobile D18 worth P1,399). If the drawn texter sent the wrong letter of answer, he/she will receive the P300 worth of cellphone load and another winner will be drawn from among those who sent the correct letter of answer to receive the bonus prize of MMS Cellphone (Cherry Mobile D18 worth P1,399).

b.      Prizes in kind are transferable but not convertible to cash. All prizes exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000) shall be subject to twenty percent (20%) prize tax, which shall be shouldered by the winner.

c.      A texter can win only once in a particular draw. However, in reference to No. #9(a) above, in the event that the drawn winner’s entry containing a wrong letter of answer and the same texter was drawn again, now with a second entry containing the right letter of answer, the P300 worth of cellphone load and the bonus prize shall given to him/her.

d.      ABS-CBN Interactive and the representative from the DTI will be present during the determination of winners at 10:30am every Mondays, starting April 23, 2012 at 9th floor Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center Building Cor. Mother Ignacia Avenue & Eugenio Lopez Jr. St. South Triangle, Quezon City. 

e.      Prizes shall be awarded only upon completion of entire validation process, resulting in the subscriber being identified as a legitimate winner. All winners should be of good credit standing. For post-paid subscribers, accounts should have no outstanding overdue be current and on the date of redemption. For pre-paid subscribers, accounts should have been properly decremented for all transactions on the date of redemption.

f.       Names of winners will be announced in Toda Max. For Smart subscribers, winners will also be informed via telephone call from 7777 and registered mail. Names of winners will be published in a newspaper of general circulation. No text notifications will be sent to the winner advising him/her that he/she won. The winner/s should claim their prize within 60 days from receipt of notification. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited in favor of ABS-CBN Interactive with prior DTI approval.

g.      The prizes may be claimed at 9^th Floor ELJCC Bldg Mother Ignacia Cor ELJ St Quezon City or at the nearest ABS CBN Regional SUKLAY or Radio Station as indicated in the registered mail. Winners will shoulder all costs that they would incur in securing their prize (Bus Fares, Taxi Fares, Gas, Parking, Meals, etc.).

h.      The Winner must present the following to an authorized ABS-CBN Interactive representative when claiming prize:

1) Winning SIM card

2) One (1) valid ID with complete real name, age, gender picture and correct address. Photocopies of any of the documents (i.e. birth certificate, marriage contract, SSS ID, driver’s license, school ID and/or passport)

3) Notice sent by registered mail

4) If the winner is a minor, then he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/s or legal guardian.

To boost the sales of its products, ABS-CBN Interactive has decided to tie up with Wansapanataym, a program of ABS-CBN Corporation airing every Saturday, for an SMS promo called Wansapanataym Promo. The said promotion will be launched on March 3, 2012 to June 30, 2012*.

During the course of the promotion, ABS-CBN Interactive will choose and designate three (3) infotext every Saturday. Content will be refreshed every Saturday. Texters may purchase the following content every Saturday by keying-in the special keyword: “WANSA”, “WANSA2”, and “WANSA3.”

In order to join the sales promotion and earn an entry for the raffle draw, texters who download content must also send in their letter of answer to the trivia question of the week that will be shown during Wansapanataym within the cut-off period. The trivia question will be aired per telecast date of the show. To download the content and answer the question, viewers must key-in WANSA <letter of answer>, WANSA2 <letter of answer> and WANSA3 <letter of answer > to 2366.

In addition, from all entries received every Saturday, nine (9) texters (regardless of the answer sent) will be drawn to win P100 worth of cellphone load and Kapamilya Merchandise (T-shirt, Toy, etc) worth P100.

 

From all entries earned monthly, one (1) winner will be drawn to win an Android Tablet (2.2 ePad Ipad China iRobot MID APAD in 7") worth P2,500.

i.        Awarding of cellphone load prizes for winners with prepaid SIM cards shall be done through Electronic Loading after a call-out verification procedure has ABS-CBN Interactive executed. For winners with postpaid SIM cards, they may receive their prize by claiming the actual cellcard at the ABS CBN Interactive Office or the nearest ABS CBN Regional Station Office.  They also have the option to assign a prepaid SIM card number to receive the prize via Electronic Loading.  However, they would have to send/fax to (02) 415-8724 an authorization letter bearing the prepaid SIM card to which they would transfer their cellphone load prize.

j.        The person receiving the call made by the ABSI Representative during electronic cellphone load awarding shall be deemed as the registered user or owner of the SIM card, unless otherwise corrected by the call recipient.  All prize winnings related to that call shall be awarded accordingly to the person who has registered to the promo under the said SIM card.

k.      All winners shall be notified thru registered mail.

ABS-CBN Interactive, Inc. is in the business of selling mobile interactive content, such as ringtones, logos, picture messages, colored wallpapers, video streaming, text arts, mobile games and ringback tones. To boost the sales of its products, ABS-CBN Interactive has decided to tie up with Umagang Kay Ganda, a program that is currently airing in ABS-CBN Corporation from Mondays to Fridays between 4:30AM – 7:30AM, for an SMS promo called Umagang Kay Ganda Text Promo. The said promotion will be launched on September 12, 2011.

During the course of the promotion, ABS-CBN Interactive will choose and designate three (3) monotones of the day. The Monotones will be refreshed daily. A texter may purchase the monotone ringtones of the day by texting the special keywords “UKG”, “UKG2” or “UKG3”.

In order to join the sales promotion and earn one (1) entry for the raffle draw, texters who download a monotone must also send in the answer to the trivia question of the day within the daily cut-off period. At the beginning of every show, a trivia question for texters will be featured in Umagang Kay Ganda. The trivia question will be aired per telecast date of the show together with the featured monotones of the day. All entries will be considered Valid. However, Viewers will be asked to give the EXACT, COMPLETE and CORRECTLY SPELLED answer to the trivia question of the day that will be shown during Umagang Kay Ganda.

If the drawn winner texted an incorrect, incomplete answer or misspelled word to the trivia question of the day, he or she will get the P300 worth of cellphone load and another texter with CORRECTLY spelled answer will be drawn to win the bonus prize.

1.      The Umagang Kay Ganda Text Promo is open to all Globe, TM, Smart, Talk ‘N Text, and Sun Cellular subscribers nationwide either with prepaid or post-paid accounts, whose unit is capable of downloading a Monotone through text messaging. All units capable of text messaging are capable of downloading a monotone ringtone.

2.      Each download of a monotone ringtone shall cost P15.00 for Globe, TM, Smart, Talk ‘N Text and Sun Cellular subscribers. This is the customary price of all monotone ringtones, whether subject of a promotion or not.

3.      Only one name per SIM card / cellphone number is allowed. However, a person may register the same name using several SIM cards / cellphone numbers. A texter may earn a maximum number of 3 unique entries per game day for every SIM card/cellphone number he is using.

4.      ABS-CBN disclaims any liability for failure to receive or acknowledge the purchase requests arising from force majeure, including acts of God, fires, floods, wars or other disturbances, labor unrest, or other causes beyond its control.

5.      Employees of Globe Telecoms, Innove Communications, Digitel Mobile Philippines, Smart Communications Inc., ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

6.      Texters who wish to opt out from ABS-CBN Interactive’s text broadcast service and to be removed from its database may call (02) 415-8766 or text STOP to 2366. He/she will receive the following message: Thank You. You have chosen not to receive infocasts from 2366. This text is free of charge.

7.      Determining Winners and Prizes

a.      From all valid entries accumulated per game day, the raffle draw will be conducted at 7:01am every Mondays to Fridays, starting December 26, 2011*. There will be one (1) daily winner of P300 worth of cellphone load regardless of the answer sent. If the drawn winner sent the correct answer to the trivia question of the day, he/she will receive the bonus prize. If the drawn winner sent the wrong answer, incomplete answer, misspelled word, he/she will receive the P300 worth of cellphone load and another winner will be drawn from among those who sent the correct answer to receive the bonus prize.

b.      Prizes in kind are transferable but not convertible to cash. All prizes exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) shall be subject to twenty percent (20%) prize tax, which shall be shouldered by the winner.

c.      A texter can win only once in a particular draw. However, in reference to No. #7(a) above, in the event that the drawn winner’s entry containing a wrong answer to the trivia question of the day and the same texter was drawn again, now with a second entry containing the right answer, the P300 worth of cellphone load and the bonus prize shall be given to him/her.

d.      ABS-CBN Interactive and the representative from the DTI will be present during the determination of winners at 7:01am every Mondays to Fridays, starting December 26, 2011* at 9th floor Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center Building Cor. Mother Ignacia Avenue & Eugenio Lopez Jr. St. South Triangle, Quezon City. 

e.      Prizes shall be awarded only upon completion of entire validation process, resulting in the subscriber being identified as a legitimate winner. All winners should be of good standing with Globe Telecoms, Innove Communications, Digitel Mobile Philippines, Smart Communications Inc. For post-paid subscribers, accounts should have no outstanding overdue be current and on the date of redemption. For pre-paid subscribers, accounts should have been properly decremented for all transactions on the date of redemption.

f.       Names of winners will be announced in Umagang Kay Ganda every Mondays to Fridays. For Smart subscribers, winners will also be informed via telephone call from 7777 and registered mail. Names of winners will be published in a newspaper of general circulation. No text notifications will be sent to the winner advising him/her that he/she won. The winner/s should claim their prize within 60 days from receipt of notification. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited in favor of ABS-CBN Interactive with prior DTI approval.

g.      The prizes may be claimed at 9^th Floor ELJCC Bldg Mother Ignacia Cor ELJ St Quezon City or at the nearest ABS CBN Regional TV or Radio Station as indicated in the registered mail. Winners will shoulder all costs that they would incur in securing their prize (Bus Fares, Taxi Fares, Gas, Parking, Meals, etc.).

h.      The Winner must present the following to an authorized ABS-CBN Interactive representative when claiming prize:

1)     Winning SIM card

2)     One (1) valid ID with complete real name, age, gender picture and correct address. Photocopies of any of the documents (i.e. birth certificate, marriage contract, SSS ID, driver’s license, school ID and/or passport)

3)     Notice sent by registered mail

4)     If the winner is a minor, then he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/s or legal guardian.

                                                              i.      Awarding of cellphone load prizes for winners with prepaid SIM cards shall be done through Electronic Loading after a call-out verification procedure has been executed. For winners with postpaid SIM cards, they may receive their prize by claiming the actual cellcard at the ABS CBN Interactive Office or the nearest ABS CBN Regional Station Office.  They also have the option to assign a prepaid SIM card number to receive the prize via Electronic Loading.  However, they would have to send/fax to (02) 415-8724 an authorization letter bearing the prepaid SIM card to which they would transfer their cellphone load prize.

j.        The person receiving the call made by the ABSI Representative during electronic cellphone load awarding shall be deemed as the registered user or owner of the SIM card, unless otherwise corrected by the call recipient.  All prize winnings related to that call shall be awarded accordingly to the person who has registered to the promo under the said SIM card.  

k.      Additional qualification procedures shall apply:

                                                                          i.      If the name of the subscriber indicated in the Smart billing system as being the postpaid subscriber is different from the name of the sender of the winning entry of the Promo, the sender of the winning entry of the Promo will be qualified to receive the prize if he submits an affidavit from the postpaid subscriber certifying that the postpaid subscriber has authorized the winner to use his postpaid SIM card to join the Promo and that he waives his right to the prize in favor of the winner. 

                                                                         ii.      If the drawn postpaid SIM card number corresponds to a subscription of a company, then the sender of the winning entry of the Promo will be qualified to receive the prize if he submits an affidavit from the duly authorized representative of the company owning the postpaid SIM card certifying that the company has authorized the sender of the winning entry to join the Promo and that the company is waiving its right to claim the prize won.

                                                                       iii.      If the sender of the winning entry is a minor, then he must be accompanied by his parent/legal guardian when he claims his prize.  The subscriber’s parent/legal guardian must then present his valid identification and proof that he is the parent/legal guardian of the subscriber.

                                                                      iv.      Failure to submit the any of the required proof and documentation is a ground for disqualification.

l.        Globe reserves the right to conduct further validation and verification before awarding the prize to the winner.

m.    Globe shall consider the holder of a prepaid SIM card as the owner of the Globe/TM prepaid SIM card.

n.      All winners shall be notified thru registered mail.

C. Mechanics

 

ABS-CBN Interactive, Inc. is in the business of selling mobile interactive content, such as ringtones, monotones, logos, picture messages, colored wallpapers, video streaming, text arts, mobile games and ringback tones. To boost the sales of its products, ABS-CBN Interactive has decided to tie up with Maalaala Mo Kaya, a program that is currently airing in ABS-CBN Corporation every Saturday between 8:00PM to 9:30PM, for an SMS promo called TEXT MO TITLE MO Promo Season 4. The said promotion will be launched on December 31, 2011.

During the course of the promotion, ABS-CBN Interactive will choose and designate one (1) monotone, picture message and operator logo of the week. The said content will be refreshed weekly. A texter may purchase the monotone ringtone of the week by texting the special keyword “MMK”; picture message of the week by texting “MMK2” and operator logo of the week by texting “MMK3”.

In order to join the sales promotion and earn one (1) entry for the raffle draw, texters who download content must also send in the answer to the trivia question of the day within the weekly cut-off period. At the beginning of every show, a trivia question for texters will be featured in Maalaala Mo Kaya. The trivia question will be aired per telecast date of the show together with the featured content of the week. All entries will be considered Valid. However, Viewers will be asked to give the EXACT, COMPLETE and CORRECTLY SPELLED answer to the trivia question of the day that will be shown during Maalaala Mo Kaya.

If the drawn winner texted an incomplete answer or misspelled word to the trivia question of the day, he or she will get the P300 worth of cellphone load and another texter with CORRECTLY spelled answer will be drawn to win the bonus prize. 

To validate all the entries earned by a texter and qualify for the raffle draws, a texter must register his/her name, age, gender and address once for the Maalaala Mo Kaya – TEXT MO TITLE MO Promo Season 4 from December 31, 2011 to June 30, 2012. The texter should key-in MMK REG <name/age/gender/address> to 2366. Ex. MMK REG Eugene Imperial/25/M/15 Molave Street, Phase 5, Greenwoods Executive Subdivision, Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City. Registration is free of charge. The texter may not earn additional entries for downloading the same content. Since there are three- (3) content available per game, a texter can earn a maximum of three (3) unique valid entries per game. Subject to Rule No. 11 below, participating texters can earn a maximum of three (3) valid entries every Saturday, 8:00pm to 11:59pm.

6.      The following shall not earn valid entries:

a.      Purchase requests where the texter has already earned a valid entry for previously downloading the same product.

b.      Purchase requests sent after the cut-off time and the promo period.

c.      Purchase requests where the texter has already earned the maximum three (3) valid entries per game, subject to Rule No. 11.

d.      Purchase request where texter fails to register.

e.      Purchase request where texter fails to text in an answer.

7.      All texters who join are presumed to have read and understood, and agree to abide by its complete rules and regulations.
